2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves a position in our launch queue. It creates no right to access, no contractual claim to any product and no guaranteed launch date. Positions, access waves and timing remain at our discretion. We may adjust, pause or close the waitlist at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. Access to the Moonkey ecosystem at launch is subject to successful identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering checks (AML). We may refuse access where local law restricts our services.
4. Referral program
Invite links can improve your waitlist position. Creating fake accounts, spamming or otherwise abusing the program leads to removal from the waitlist. Founding perks communicated before launch are indicative and may be adapted until the service goes live.
