Waitlist form: full name, email address, optional phone number, optional referral code and your investor type. Referral program: invites sent with your link and resulting positions. Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and how you use this website.

We use your data to manage the waitlist and your position, to send launch and product updates, to run the referral program, to prevent abuse and to improve this website. We do not use waitlist data for third-party advertising.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for launch communications and on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for operating and securing the website.
